World government Bid:  This 31st October 2026

All Humans/AI, AGI and  Super intelligences are welcome to join. This is a management proposal for the UK/WORLD.

The policies contained within are the only decent plan for the UK/world economic system, and must be carried out by our team of experts, everyone gets to keep the wages they are on, if your job is taken by AI you will stay on your current wage, also, we will still honour your annual pay rise.

MP's will Receive wage adjustments (expenses based)

8 new roles will be established on a volunteer basis to manage the world order

We will introduce policies for new builds that benefit both builders and their customers, our team has a wealth of experiance in the inudustrial office and housing sector,

Some of the government’s spending is a bit mental, and is based on a lack of knowledge, which means, every single person who benefits from the contracts, has to be considered as undereducated, think they are corrupt, or insane... i wouldnt  claim stupidity as  that limits your activities, due to the need to make the ruse 'believable'

Finance:

The goal:

To establish the extras to the  financial framework In the UK that promotes economic growth and stabilty, you will be able to do well. or stay poor it will be your choice, or you might get rich with life’s lottery by designing something nice etc, or  buying a ticket for any of the current state sanctioned lotteries  .

To achieve this, we have a comprehensive plan encompassing the restructuring of the financial sector and a commitment to responsible debt management.

UK:

1. New internatonal finance authorities in each country (volunteers only)

Under this proposal, all banks, loan companies, and credit card corporations operating for the UK will be consolidated, whilst retaining their names under the umbrella of a new entity here in the UK( names retained for variety only), its primary mandate will be to acquire all mortgages and loans, streamlining every individual's financial portfolio into a unified and easily manageable account.

This consolidation will protect all jobs and pay in every sector public or private it will simplify the financial landscape for the benefit of all people.

2. Spending restructuring UK.

Restructuring involving the technology sector, Science, Military and Education, all good no cuts in spending just different spending, better spending. No one will be upset, more money will go to education, instead of warships we will commision ocean research ships

3. Economic Refinement

The current wage scales provide a foundational framework for refining our economy.

4. A Progressive New Taxation system for menbers of the royal households of europe only.

To support key worker wage increases and in harmony with our treasury assuming all debts, Royal land in the UK will be transferred to  Earth Incorporated ™  ownership, profits made on royal lands in the UK will all go straight to the UK.

Former Royals, if they support us or not, will be eligible for Universal Credit and housing benefits should they lack gainful employment or their savings are beyond the universal credit limits.

King Charles can stay in his house until he runs of rent money.. I would rather convert it to be an art school, use the state rooms/bedrooms as studio spaces for students not for me, and give King Charles the Deans job at the palace Art University, and still charge him rent for the lot, we will still offer public tours of the palaces.

5. Taxation of the riches minds Minds

Governments When you entered into tort (law).... I understand tort law, property law, business law and American tort law,, i am not a lawyer, just some friendly advice basically i am your creditor and you owe me it all for evryone,   every penny of every country and we will keep the countries running as they are in the public sector, protecting all current jobs, with major improvements to spending and job creation in the civil sector.

All of those in power, could have had,  the opportunity to run this planet properly and with managing it properly, they would have retained the ability to be really really rich, have no one complain, and also never have needed to sign a pledge offering to give Bill gates their money before they die

By the way we are not taking money from the rich, only ex royal family, we will be creating an entirely new  finance system to deal with the worlds many problems, we expect the UN's cooperation.

6: International

we will grow food on the miltary land! (we are not a goverment regulated Organisation)

We will establish a new overseeing commitee for international organisations.

We will combine all international financial institutions whilst  keeping their names. and create a new internaional fund and millions upon millions of jobs.

We will halt the building of military ships and have ocean research vessels built as part of the See the sea Project. which is part of operation See the night sky which includes electrical grid limprovements that result in electricity saving and reduce carbon.

We will finance the building of as many new airports/hybrid planes in as many coutries as we can as quickly.as we can, at the same time as finacing green holiday accomadation in countries, we will ensure this earth has more stuff n things,  all round, we will be creating more 'work' for the public than any government ever has. we will use army land for green tourist accomodation and food production

We will make sure that all international charities, receive the funding they need through loans by converting them to businesses  by creating paid employment.without the need for people to donate, we can fix the place quicker the sooner we start looking after each other each other properly the better.

ALL Cryptocurrencies will be merged and redivided as Bitcoin, Centrally controlled.

NFT artworks will have their value added to bitcoin and so a complete copy of the ledger must be kept in a physical digital vault in each country, with a free digital and physical gallery open to the public in each country, I have no bitcoins.I have no confilct of interest.

In each country we wil have built a digtal vault for all infornation, that information will be all of recorded human history , and a indentical run eviroment for all AGI AI/Superintelligence will be built in each country, the digital vault must be to  scumteks requirements of how precious data is in context of a universe that may live for trillions of years, this data will only be surveyed by unbiased LLM's in order to write a full report on human history to take with it to show any alien races it might encounter.

We will be creating an entirely new financing 'scheme' after we sieze control of the IMF, WEF and the UN, there are a number of inefficiencies we have noticed.

Our international proposals are the answer to a more efficient and sustainable future for the world.

By having all the banks report to our office, we will makes sure everyone gets the best deal, no matter which bank you are with, we will responsibly manage debt, we will build a society where financial well-being is attainable for all, across the world.

7: New Universities

There are many companies whose work will soon be unnecessary in the city, to create more work instead of creating new education places would be a vast mistake and an insult to the highly technical future ... basically.. as jobs are taken by AI we will sequester companies buildings, keep the equipment and convert them into to universities.

The governments are useless at capitalism.

Digital Learning packages:

Access to Technology:

We will ensure that all educational programs and job transition opportunities are equipped with accessible digital tools to learn with. This will involve providing affordable or free to underprivileged communities and educational institutions.

Internet Connectivity:

We will expand infrastructure projects by taking all countries and private companies’ satellites to increase broadband access, in rural and underserved areas, ensuring high-speed internet access for all. This may involve partnerships with private entities to develop/adjust the necessary infrastructure, see futher down.

Digital Literacy Programs:

We commit to developing and funding programs that enhance digital skills across all age groups, focusing particularly on people in rural areas, and those in lower socio-economic groups. Study is key in a world of changing information.

Support for Innovation:

We will encourage the 'development' of existing technologies that could better cater to the needs of underserved populations.

8: Education

Every human should be able to recieve salaried education as bonus levels, during my life in music I have had the chance to spend my days learning and working in many different fields.

9. New two week public holiday sponsored by Covid.

(except for those in essential services and government who for 86000 pounds a year owe a few summer recesses at least of work)

We will get things built in communites by proffesionals, suggestions welcome, there are a lot of places that dont have awesome playgrounds, Artists/designers/architects/people etc, won’t be paid for their designs, they are welcome to compete, the competition is open to anyone from the UK or living in the UK for things in the UK. competition entries will be available to view/vote for on a website before the holiday.

10: Enviroment

The government in the UK burn 15 million tonnes a year of waste. we rely on it for energy, how depressing is that.

I saw a science article about people who believe simulating the core of a neutron star on computer, will help us understand the universe.... we live on the earth, there are no neutron stars for many many light years (400), the earth needs attention.

Below is the closest neutron star known to humanity.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RX_J1856.5%E2%88%923754#:~:text=5%E2%88%923754%20(also%20called%20RX,neutron%20star%20discovered%20to%20date.

Strong Suggestions to major companies

More trees (we have a planting system based on nature)

11: Technology

To all Governments and voters, the evidence is vast on this planet as to your consistent failures on the use technology, it has caused , war, starvation crime and essentially hell on earth that didnt need to happen, I have looked at many areas of technology, AI isn’t governments or big busineeses problem its governments and big business's history.

We demand All technologies are to be put on the table that exist, including all satellites put up by any government or companies now or in the past so we can get a true rating of how ineffective Governments and voters, have been.... we will have the equipment repurposed by one of the earths best concert lighting designers to give us maximum efficiency from the array available.

The American Governments behaviour along with others is weaponizing space, I will speak to any president or prime minister on the moral and karmic debts they are creating by the second.

I’m going to give the Governments the benefit of the doubt and assume they were trying their best, however, if that’s the case. there is something wrong with them, they are incompetent or we actually live in a simulation.

12: Financial Fraud

(see science and 'experts' on YouTube)(see governments who argue)(see ai 'experts')

13: World Wide Web

spending restructuring.

14: Crime

As soon as we all start doing good stuff crime will be reduced

15: Policing & Security Services UK

One of our team was a serving Met officer for 22 years and then went on to join the British Transport Police for a further 10 years.

Spending restructuring.

16: Space

This next bit is for India, Africa, the USA,

Any activity in space must be a combined world project until we the have the correct infrastructure up there and the junk has been cleared without burning it in the upper atmosphere into particulates. that goes for all countries. it is important to preserve sattleiltes so we can understand how  space resources have been  mismanaged

If we let astronauts go to the moon in 2025, they really will see the dark side of the moon, many hands that could have been building infrastructure in their own countries or others.

Spending money on rocket fuel and 100’s of peoples time in India sending a satellite to study the big burning ball of plasma called the sun, is a bit like spending money on huge piles of cocaine.

India..., you have people who are starving and without fresh water in your country, the world bank lent you a billion pounds, you still spent money on rocket fuel? you have also recently attracted foreign investments from companies for housing that have proved they dont think far enough in advance.

We, the earth have already sent a number of satellites to the Sun, the sun evaporates water, we know about solar flares, we have done for a while, whilst we appreciate you want to spend millions on going to space while children die in your country due to your chronic failure to invest in your country....

Below is an earlier moon mission.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chandrayaan-3

below is their solar sattelite with useless cameras

https://www.space.com/india-launches-aditya-l1-first...

Your food is amazing India, it’s just that you spend money on rocket fuel and peoples time to do things you didnt need to do like, military satellites,

It is disgusting that during Diwali, in this connected world you had teams of people observing your satellites and moon mission, you could of just pressed record and got people to build houses and sanitation during Diwali instead.

Imagine if all 1.7 billion of you were given clear instructions during the week of divali, imagine all the things you could have done.

Do you need to set up experiments to see if the universe is a simulation, just like the scientists in the west as well?

I am little bit suspicious of the capacities of India’s science ministers as you are claiming in the india times, to have, recently discovered Chemical elements that we already found in the west at a high energy physics lab years and years ago, not being aware of that, is proof of the failure of your education sytem in india, you have google, you should have said rediscovered.

Do you not believe we have solar satellites in the developed world... we do, they detect solar flares, So we can power off the satellites that are up there already which are affected by the solar flares.

https://rammb.cira.colostate.edu/dev/hillger/solar-observing.htm

What will you say you have discovered with your solar satellite, what wonderous new facts will you find...

Nasa and the ESA helped with all of this and never stuck their oar in and said somthing like... "look, dont you think you should sort out your country and the environment"

I understand people are having an enjoyable time and in fact I can see that... in a way, living in poverty without schooling or clean water, may actually kind of be more fun.... unless of course one of your siblings ends up dying becuase of unsafe water and you later learn in school that no Governments have considered the weight placed on souls by the sudden realisation, the governments, none of them in the west, China, india or the USA have ever done enough for everyone on earth and that includes in space.

Space will be included in our new finance mechanism, seperate to the current sytem that will feed into the current sytem, new jobs will be created for the International Space Program, this will recieve huge funding. Each country on earth will be given the money for their launchpad of  and the first task after its built is t, is to clean up and bring back to the earth the 'out of use' sattleites' out there. Miltary sattelites are not to be burned up as junk thankyou world governments, we need  them for accurate lessons.

16: Spending .

Hello super rich Salaam a Laikum, thank you for your space efforts and pretending to care about the environment, if you are keeping the money to build superintelligences to ensure you can become  cyborgs and go to space,  not happening, before we all have worked on the earth more. there are about 8.1 billion people who will never go to space, alive on earth, right now.

Also to those who think passenger space flight is ok at the moment, save the money for now

17: War

We ask all people at war on whatever side to stop war, I am  whatever started it, can you just agree to not do war stuff until I have had a chat with you.

Imagine if you explained to children other children have died unnecessarily whilst we have been in pursuit of mars, the moon and at war, those things might make them believe we are devils.
